Anchor Baptist Bible Institute exists for the purpose of training students for service in the Lord’s work as pastors, evangelists, missionaries, Sunday school teachers, deacons, and other areas of ministry through the local Baptist church.
Anchor Baptist Bible Institute exists to meet the need for a sound,
back to basics, Bible believing Baptist training center for men and women who are led of the Lord into His service, who may not be able to attend a traditional day class degree program at a four year college.

Message from the President
Since our inception in January of 1993 the Anchor Baptist Bible Institute has offered to men and woman the opportunity of a Christ centered, Bible believing, fundamentally sound, Christian education.
As Pastor of the Anchor Baptist Church and Ministries since 1984, it is my privilege and pleasure to send you this catalog and student handbook.
Tuition costs are rising all across the land, while conservative, sound Bible teaching has declined. Anchor Baptist Bible Institute was founded to provide low cost tuition, sound Bible teaching, an exposition of the essential doctrines of the faith, and a contextual flow of every book of the Bible. We have remained true to this goal and plan to continue to do so. Our graduates are involved around the world as pastors, evangelists, missionaries, Sunday school and Christian school teachers, ministering in and through the local church.
You will find a dedicated faculty, who bring a vast store of knowledge, wisdom, and years of experience to the classroom. Our instructors are each very involved in ministries at home and abroad.
Thank you for your consideration. We trust the Lord will guide you as you seek His will for your future, and how you are to prepare for that future.
In Christ’s Service
Randy C. Barton, LL.D, D.D.
President
A Message from the Dean
Welcome to Anchor Baptist Bible Institute! We trust that you are excited as you begin the journey of growing in the Lord here at ABBI.
ABBI offer a 16 hour program that meets 4 evenings a week. This allows you to acquire 16 credits a semester, or 96 hours over a three year period. We offer a one year diploma in Bible which requires 32 hours, a two year diploma in Bible which requires 64 hours, and a three year diploma that requires 96 hours. Credits are not designed to be transferable to other Bible institutes.
The program is designed to be a complete journey through God’s Word, and a student will benefit from a full load for three consecutive years. The schedule rotates every three years with the only educational prerequisite being a high school diploma or equivalent. A student may enroll at the beginning of any of the three years and ultimately study every book in the Bible, as well as practical and theological training “ That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.” 2 Timothy 3:17
Evangelist Robert Jones
